American rock band formed in Boston in 1992 by Juliana Hatfield (b. July 27, 1967, Wiscasset, Maine), formerly of the Blake Babies and Some Girls. The Three additionally featured Dean Fisher (bass) and Todd Phillips (drums).
Released Become What You Are (1993, featuring "My Sister" and "Spin the Bottle") under the band name. Hatfield reunited the lineup for Whatever, My Love (2015). Hatfield has otherwise pursued a prolific solo career — over 20 albums under her own name since the 1990s.
