Often cited as the greatest live rock album ever recorded — Mark II at the absolute apex, Osaka and Tokyo, August 1972. Twenty-minute "Space Truckin'," all-time-great versions of "Highway Star," "Smoke on the Water," "Lazy." Recorded almost as a contractual afterthought; ended up defining how live albums were made for the rest of the decade.
