American progressive rock band formed in 2014 by Neal Morse (vocals/keyboards/guitar), Mike Portnoy (drums, formerly of Dream Theater), Randy George (bass), Eric Gillette (guitar/vocals), and Bill Hubauer (keyboards/vocals). Continues Morse's long-running collaboration with Portnoy that began with Transatlantic in the late 1990s.
Five studio albums between The Grand Experiment (2015) and Innocence & Danger (2021). Best-known releases include The Similitude of a Dream (2016) and The Great Adventure (2019), both ambitious double-LP concept works. Morse has also led Spock's Beard, Transatlantic, and various solo and Christian-rock projects.
