American rap-metal band formed in Atlanta in 1989. Long-running lineup centered on Rich Ward (guitar) and various vocalists (most prominently Bonz from 1991-2000 and 2006-2009). Distinguished by their fusion of Southern metal with hip-hop and their role as one of the early rap-rock crossover acts.
Released seven studio albums between Snappin' Necks (1995) and The Great Revival (2008). Ward also leads Fozzy with WWE wrestler Chris Jericho.
