American ska-punk band formed in San Jose, California in 1989. Long-running lineup featured Mike Park (saxophone/vocals, founder of Asian Man Records) and Lynette Knackstedt (guitar). Distinguished by their hyperactive third-wave ska style and Park's political and Asian-American advocacy lyrics.
Released four studio albums between Skafunkrastapunk (1991) and The Green Album (1996). Park founded Asian Man Records (1996), which has released material by Less Than Jake, the Lawrence Arms, the Queers, and many others. The band dissolved in 1996.
