Canadian progressive rock band formed in Oakville, Ontario in 1977. Long-running lineup centered on Michael Sadler (vocals) and Jim Crichton (bass). Distinguished by their melodic, keyboard-driven progressive rock with strong pop sensibilities.
Released over 20 studio albums between Saga (1978) and Symmetry (2021). Commercial peak: Worlds Apart (1981, featuring "On the Loose" and "Wind Him Up"). Particularly popular in Germany and Canada.
