Long-running lineup: Eddie Nichols (vocals), James Achor (guitar), Mando Dorame (saxophone), Bill Ungerman (saxophone), Veikko Lepisto (bass), and Daniel Glass (drums). Considered foundational to the 1990s swing-revival movement alongside Cherry Poppin' Daddies and the Brian Setzer Orchestra.
Five studio albums between Kings of Gangster Bop (1991) and Walk on Fire (2017). Best-known release: Mugzy's Move (1996), featured on the soundtrack of The Mask (1994). The band appeared in films and TV programs throughout the swing-revival peak.
