American singer-songwriter and guitarist born September 10, 1950, in San Antonio, Texas. Distinguished by her honky-tonk-meets-rockabilly style and her long-running role as a champion of female rockabilly history (her Rockabilly Filly project with Wanda Jackson and Janis Martin reactivated their careers in the 1990s).

Released over 15 studio albums between Rosie (1980, with the Screamers) and Working Girl's Guitar (2012). Member of the Honky Tonk Quartet alongside Dave Alvin, Lucinda Williams, and others. Continues to tour and record.

Concerts
