Touring collaboration between the surviving members of Queen — Brian May (guitar, b. 1947) and Roger Taylor (drums, b. 1949) — and American vocalist Adam Lambert (b. January 29, 1982). Lambert first performed with the band on American Idol in 2009; the formal collaboration began in 2011 and continues touring intermittently as of 2025.
No new studio material has been recorded; the project is touring-only. The configuration has been notably successful commercially despite (or because of) the inevitable comparisons to the late Freddie Mercury. Released the live album Live Around the World (2020).
