American metal band formed in Cleveland, Ohio in 1993. Long-running ensemble featuring masked performers in numbered jumpsuits (predating Slipknot's similar aesthetic). Lineup has rotated extensively but typically includes 7-9 members covering vocals, dual drum kits, samplers, and guitars.
Released nine studio albums between Mushroomhead (1995) and Call the Devil (2024). Best-known release: XX (2001), the band's major-label debut on Universal. Distinguished by their integration of percussion-heavy industrial elements with nu-metal songwriting.
