American rock band formed in Fullerton, California in 1988 (originally as Razzle). Lineup: brothers A. Jay Popoff (vocals) and Jeremy Popoff (guitar), Kevin Baldes (bass), and various drummers (Allen Shellenberger died of brain cancer in 2009; he was replaced by Nathan Walker).
Four studio albums starting with Tripping the Light Fantastic (1997). Commercial peak: A Place in the Sun (1999, multi-platinum, featuring "My Own Worst Enemy"). Has shifted increasingly toward country-rock on later releases.
