Swiss hard rock band formed in Solothurn in 1975. Long-running lineup centered on Chris von Rohr (bass/vocals) and Fernando von Arb (guitar). Vocalist Marc Storace has been the band's most identifiable voice since 1980.
Seventeen studio albums starting with Krokus (1976). Commercial peak: Headhunter (1983, featuring the title track and "Eat the Rich") and The Blitz (1984). The band has often been compared to AC/DC stylistically, sharing producers, riff-rock structures, and stadium-rock instincts. Performed a farewell tour in 2019.
