American hip-hop group formed in Los Angeles in 1993. Lineup: Chali 2na, Akil, Zaakir, and Mark 7even on vocals, with Cut Chemist and DJ Nu-Mark on production/turntables. Distinguished by their old-school four-MC approach and crate-digging production aesthetic.
