American ska-punk band formed in Denver, Colorado in 1995. Long-running lineup: Reese Roper (vocals), Micah Ortega (guitar), Sonnie Johnston (guitar), Keith Hoerig (bass), Andrew Verdecchio (drums), Leanor "Jeff" Ortega (trumpet), and Dennis Culp (trombone). Initially associated with the Christian rock scene; the band's lyrical content combines satirical commentary, humor, and faith.
Eight studio albums between Upbeats and Beatdowns (1996) and Until This Shakes Apart (2021). Best-known releases include Our Newest Album Ever! (1997) and All the Hype That Money Can Buy (2000). Disbanded in 2003 after an extensive farewell tour; reunited in 2011 via a Kickstarter campaign.
