American punk rock band formed in Los Angeles in 1989 by Dave Smalley (vocals, formerly of Dag Nasty, DYS, and ALL). Long-running lineup around Smalley with various guitarists, bassists, and drummers.
Nine studio albums including the self-titled debut (1991), Punkrockacademyfightsong (1994), All Scratched Up! (1996), and Last of the Sharpshooters (1997). Released primarily on Epitaph during the label's mid-1990s peak. The band has remained active in some form since 1989.
