American guitarist and singer born in Columbia, Missouri. Specialist in rockabilly, hillbilly, Western swing, and rhythm-and-blues revivalism. Has worked extensively with vintage instruments and amplifiers — particularly Mosrite guitars and the rare "double-neck" configuration.
Released over a dozen studio albums starting with Number One Hit Record (1998). Frequently collaborates with vintage country and rockabilly artists; has produced and engineered for various roots-music projects. Active continuously since the mid-1990s.
