American hardcore band formed in Bensalem, Pennsylvania in 1995. Long-running lineup centered on vocalist Chris Strunk. Often stylized as "dayinthelife..." with lowercase letters and ellipsis. Style draws on hardcore punk, post-hardcore, and emotional hardcore (emo).
Five studio albums between Self-Realization (1996) and Sleeper (2001). Released primarily on Trustkill Records during the label's early underground hardcore peak. The band has been inactive since the early 2000s.
