American nu-metal band formed in Los Angeles in 1993. Lineup: Dez Fafara (vocals), Meegs Rascón (guitar), Rayna Foss (bass), and Mike Cox (drums). Often associated with the late-1990s nu-metal wave alongside Korn, Limp Bizkit, and Sevendust.
Four studio albums between 1997 and 2015: the self-titled debut (1997), Chamber Music (1999), Dark Days (2002), and Rivals (2015). Fafara left in 2002 to form DevilDriver; the band briefly reunited from 2011 to 2016. Currently on hiatus.
