CIV

American hardcore band formed in New York City in 1994 by vocalist Civ (Anthony Civarelli, formerly of Gorilla Biscuits), with members of NYC hardcore peers Quicksand, Side By Side, and Burn. Lineup also included Sammy Siegler (drums), Arthur Smilios (bass), and Charlie Garriga (guitar).

Two studio albums: Set Your Goals (1995) and Thirteen Day Getaway (1998). The 1995 single "Can't Wait One Minute More" received MTV rotation. The band has been on extended hiatus since 1998; members reunited periodically with the related Gorilla Biscuits reunions.
