American hardcore band formed in Brooklyn, New York in 1987. Lineup: Evan Seinfeld (vocals/bass, 1987-2011), Billy Graziadei (vocals/guitar), Bobby Hambel (guitar, 1987-1996, 2008-present), and Danny Schuler (drums). Considered foundational to the late-1980s "crossover" between hardcore punk and heavy metal.
Their 1992 album Urban Discipline on Roadrunner Records broke the band commercially. Subsequent releases include State of the World Address (1994), Mata Leão (1996), and No Holds Barred (1997). Seinfeld departed in 2011 and rejoined for a 2024 reunion that produced the band's most recent album.
