Commercial peak: Jagged Little Pill (1995), which sold over 33 million copies worldwide on the strength of "You Oughta Know," "Hand in My Pocket," "Ironic," and "You Learn." Subsequent peaks include Supposed Former Infatuation Junkie (1998). Eight Grammy Awards. Jagged Little Pill was adapted into a Broadway musical that opened in 2019.
